Social Maladies Leading to Suicides

There must be social maladies that lead to suicides. Depression is the one cause to be cited for its cause. But its extensions are too wide. How wide? They extend from deaths of preliminary school children suffering from ijime (forced alienation by peer groups) by school kids to those of acting and singing persons.

Financial plights ranging from heavy debts to bankruptcies are another cause to be cited for apocalyptic self-destructions. Easy credits tend to make a great contribution to easy debts. Feelings of deprivations caused by frustrations from excessive competitions are a third factor leading to the tragedy.

Suicides are a kind of terrorism inflicted on the folks left behind. They are irresponsible and selfish breeds who are determined to take their own lives. The medias which sensationalize suicides should be aware that their boisterous treatment of unfortunate episodes might be instrumental in making the worst happen rather than stop them.
